[ IATF 16949:2016 - The Quality Seal ]
Quality management at Morat Swoboda Motion stands for improvement measures on our products and processes. We understand quality as the pursuit of continuous improvement and the zero-defect goal in all products, services and activities. The focus is on satisfying our customers in terms of product quality, productivity and competitiveness.
The quality management system according to IATF 16949:2016 forms the basis for efficiently meeting these requirements and sustainably increasing our performance. In the course of the audit in 2022, our production site Morat Swoboda Motion Sp. z o. o. in Nowa Ruda, Poland was successfully certified.
IATF 16949:2016 combines numerous quality standards of the automotive industry and is the first globally valid certification standard for quality management systems, especially of automotive suppliers and their sub-suppliers. The requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard serve as the basis.
